摘要
通过狗在体实验观察黄体酮与硝苯吡啶对狗输尿管动作电位和尿流量影响，结果表明：黄体酮与硝苯吡啶均能降低动作电位幅度，而对尿流量影响两药则有相反的作用，即黄体酮可使尿量增加而硝苯吡啶使尿流量减少。
The purpose of this report is to observe the effect of these two medicines drugs on the amplitude of ureteral action potential(AUAP)and urine flow in dogs in vivo with auto-control.The result shows that both drugs can reduce AUAP.So the ureteral smooth muscles relaxs;and that the effect of these two drugs on urine flow is quite different,that is,progestone increases urine flow whereas nifedipine reduces it.
