摘要
本文介绍一种新的纸浆浓度测量装置。它根据力学原理。通过敏感元件与纸浆之间的相对运动将浓度变化转换为力矩变化。用微机数字随动系统跟踪测量力距,间接测量纸浆浓度。文章还介绍了装置的测量原理,数学模型和主要硬、软件结构及变送器的主要特点。
It is necessary for process control and metrology management to measure thepulp consistency.The paper introduces a new measuring device for pulp consistency.The trans-mitter operates according to the shear force principle with a rotating sensing element.The rota-ting of the sensing element in the pulp fibre network results in a torque which is related to actualconsistency.The torque can be measured by a digital servo system (electromagnetic feedback sys-tem) including a microprocesser.The signal is trasformed to consistency value.In this paper,themathematical models,construction and characteristics of the transmitter are described.
