摘要
本文介绍了一种新型的双圈式光纤束位移传感器,阐述了它的结构、工作原理、实验结果和特点。它能消除反射率变化和光源不稳定性的影响,提高了测量精度和扩大了应用范围。
In this paper a new type of bi-drum optical fibre displacementsensor is introduced.Its structure,working principle,experiment results andcharacteristics are also stated.This kind of sensor can eliminate the influen-ce of reflectivity variation and light source instability,enhance the measur-ing accuracy and widen the range of application.
