摘要 本文描述和分析了连续喷射喷墨打印的墨滴充电过程。在实验和理论上得到了影响墨滴充电的几个主要因素及其影响程度。主要因素是充电电极的结构尺寸和位置、充电过程的历史、墨水的性质和充电信号电压的波形特征。并提出了减小这些影响的方法。 This paper discribes and analyzes the drop charging process incontinous ink-jet printing.By measuremernt and throetical analyses,the keyfactors that influence drop charging process are known.These factors are shapeand location of charging electrode,history of charging,resistance of ink jetand charactor of waveform of charging singal.Later some mathods that lessenthese influence are suggested.
