摘要
根据2002年天水控制小麦条锈病特大流行的成功经验,总结出应对小麦条锈病特大流行的6项措施,即及时准确预报,制定科学防治策略,加大行政督促力度,广泛宣传动员,多方筹集防锈资金,加强农药市场管理等。
Six management strategies of wheat rust in its severe epidemic years were developed based on the experiences of its successful control in 2002 in Tianshui city. They are forecasting timely, implementing scientific control tactics, enhancing governments' coordination, advocating the control tactics frequently, preparing funds enough to support control actions and strengthening quality control of pesticides in local markets.
