摘要
论述了气体脱硫净化技术在化工和能源工业的应用;介绍了国内外脱硫剂的分类及使用情况。针对高温煤气热脱硫过程中脱硫剂粉化的难题,提出了采用玻璃体助剂"囚禁"活性组分的脱硫设计新理论;对烟气脱硫提出了半焦SO2脱硫新技术。
Application was discussed for de-sulfur purification technology of gas in chemical and energetic industry, situation of category and usage was introduced for the domestic and outland de-sulfur agents. In allusion to trouble of powdering of de-sulfur agent during hot de-sulfur of high temperature coal gas, new theory for de-sulfur design was supposed, using vitreous body assistant to 'imprison' active constituents; new technology of semi-coking SO2 removal was also presented for flue gas de-sulfur.
