摘要
剪去雌蚊全部触角和一半触角后,其吸血率明显低于对照组(P<0.01),分别为31.4%、47.6%和91.3%。将雌蚊触角全部剪除,一半剪除,雄蚊触角全部剪除后,让其与正常的雄蚊或雌蚊交配、产卵,观察其卵的孵化率分别为20.82%、54.57%和71.81%,而对照组为99.10%,各实验组和对照组相比均有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。雌蚊触角剪除后,让其在不同的水体中选择产卵,结果和对照组没有多大差别。
After cutting the antennas of C .P. quingefasciatas, the ratesof blood feeding, and hatching were lower than control,in control group, theywere 91.30% and 99.10%; when cutting all of the females's antennas,the ratesof them were 31.4% and 20.82%: when cutting half, they were 47.60% and54.57%, when cutting males's antennas all, the rate of female's hatchingwas 71.81%. All of them proved that antennas take very important role in itsbehavior of blood-feeding and mating. But managing the antennas,its didn'tobviously effect on mosquito to choose different water where it oviposted.
