摘要
文章总结了国外的研究成果,说明股权结构是通过影响公司治理机制来影响公司的业绩,并分析了中国上市公司股权结构的缺陷与成因,以及中国上市公司治理机制的缺陷,同时提出了改善治理绩效的对策。
On the basis of studying the oversea production about this issue, we point out that the ownership structure affects the performance through its influence on corporate governance system; and analyze the defects of ownership structure and what cause these defects in Chinese firms, furthermore, we also study the disadvantages of corporate governance system of China; at the same time, we try to find out the strategies about improving the present corporate performance of Chinese firms.
