HACCP是以预防食品安全为基础的质量控制保证体系。文章介绍了HACCP体系的产生与发展及HACCP的概念和特点,探讨了企业HACCP体系的建立条件与实施要点,同时可为企业建立与实施HACCP体系提供借鉴。
HACCP is the quality control system based on preventing food safty.It gives produce, development and the concept,character of HACCP system, and discusses the establishment condition and implementation importance of HACCP system.At the same time, it gives establishment and implementation of HACCP system for enterprise experience to draw on.
