摘要
随着高校教学规模的扩大 ,对教师的素质提出了更高的要求。高校要适应形势 ,加大对教师队伍的建设 ,特别是青年教师的培养。青年教师的培养目标主要有政治思想、文化素质、业务素质、心理人格和身体素质等目标 ,主要方法有建立培养体系、坚持思想教育、实施学历工程、强化教学能力、完善导师制度。
The enlargement of the teaching scale in higher schools raises higher requirements for the teachers. To fit this new situation, higher schools should strengthen the construction of the teaching staff, particularly the cultivation of young teachers. The goals of young teachers' cultivation cover the goals of political thoughts, cultural quality, professional quality, psychological quality, and physical quality; the ways of the cultivation involve setting up a cultivation system, sticking to ideological education, conducting degree project, deepening teaching ability, perfecting tutorial system, stressing selection and promotion as well as creating a harmonious environment.
