在政府部门转变职能,企业转换经营机制的情况下,冶金行业在节能宏观管理上也有一个上下重新调整问题.对企业来说,为使节能工作不会因此而放松,要从认识、组织机构、宜传教育、节能监测和约束机制以及信息交流、科技进步等方面加强节能宏观管理,以适应市场经济发展要求。
As government departments change their function and enterprises change their management mechanism,the metallurgical industry should readjust energy-saving macro management from top to bottom accordingly. In order not to slacken energy-saving work, enterprises should enhance energy-saving macro management in cognition. organization, propaganda and education, energy-saving monitoring and restraint mechanism, information exchange, scientific progress and other aspects to suit the needs of market economy development.
