本文采用网格布点法,依据《中华人民共和国环境噪声污染防治条例》和国家GB3096——82区域噪声标准,对平顶山市区环境噪声污染现状进行了分析与讨论。市区昼夜等效声级为76.7dB(A),治理市区环境噪声污染已成为当务之急。
The essay uses mesh distributing points according to the Regulations of the People's Re-pulic of China on Prevention and Control of Ambient of cities. The noise pollution in urbane district of Pingdingshan is 76. 7dB averagely. Hense,it is urgent to take some measures to control it.
