摘要
软件项目管理中经常会遇到一些问题,今提出一些相应的解决办法,试图揭示在软件项目管理中的一些管理要点,以有助于软件开发的顺利完成。
This thesis lists some of the problem that may be encountered in the management of software project , and provides the corresponding solution to try to open out some of the smooth completion of software project and try to help the smooth completion of software development.
