摘要
加入WTO,意味着中国的改革开放进入了一个实质性的发展阶段,将对中国的政治、经济和社会生活的各个方面产生十分深远的影响。会计高等教育也不例外,同样面临着前所未有的挑战和机遇。在认真分析了这些挑战和机遇的基础上,提出了发展中国会计高等教育的几点设想。要建立新的人才教育培养模式;采取积极措施加速高级专门人才的培养;同时,要建立有效机制,鼓励人才脱颖而出。
Joining WTO means China's reformation and opening door policy has entered a practical period, which will heavily affect our politics, economy, social livesets.Higher education of accounting is also faced with challenges and opportunities that didn't exist before.The article, having analyzed this situation,raises several proposals concerning higher education, namely:establishing new model of personnel education;adopting active steps to stimulate the training of senior expert personnel; setting up effective system to encourage the quick production of personnel.
