摘要
利用专门安排的加氢试验结果,进行分析和估算,对比了我国和美国、西欧的汽油调合组分和烃族组 成,认为我国由于有25Mt/a的FCC汽油,不可能通过稀释的办法来使烃族组成有根本的改观,也没 有必要采用大幅度扩大烷基化油产量来增加烷烃组分。最终出路是分阶段将FCC汽油的烯烃大部 分转化为烷烃,使之成为高烷烃组分,采用上述措施以后,我国汽油的烷烃比例将超过美国,FCC汽油 数量大将成为一种优势。
The author has arranged special hydrogenation experiments and based on the results to carry out a-nalysis and estimation. After comparing the gasoline blending components and hydrocarbon group components of China with the facts of USA and Western Europe, we believe that with the 25Mt/a FCC gasoline base in our country , it is impossible to make hydrocarbon group composition obviously change through the method of dilution, and it is also not necessary to substantially enlarge the yield of alkylate to increase the proportion of alkane components in gasoline. The ultimate solution is to convert most olefines in FCC gasoline into alkanes gradually, making them become high alkane group. After these measures undertaken, the gasoline alkane proportion in China' s gasoline pool will exceed that in USA and the great amount of FCC gasoline will be an advantage.
