摘要
以德治国和依法治国都是治国安邦的基本方略 ,两者是相辅相成、互为补充的 ,而且都具有相同的价值目标。目前 ,我们为什么要坚持和倡导以德治国 ,德何以能够治国 ,怎样进行以德治国等问题是人们普遍关心的问题 ,也是本文力求探讨的问题。
Running a country by virtuous rule or by law are both general plan of administering a country well and bringing peace to it.They are changeable and supplementary each other,they both have the same target of value.Why we should persist in proposing the virtuous rule,Why it can administer a country and how,is a central issue concerned by people and also a main point which the writer made every effort to probe into.
