摘要
英语在职教师在教育学院本科的两年学习期间，按照课程设计和教学计划，教育实习是必不可少的。它是对于学员对英语语言教学理论的掌握以及在实践中的应用能力的检验。学员在校的模拟教育实习的方法、步骤包括确定目标、看录相、教学设计、说课讲课。
In-service teachers' teaching practice is an important part in teaching plans. They have been teachers for several years before they come to accept advanced study. So teaching practice can be considered as a kind of further education. They are asked to take two weeks to practising teaching. How they can learn more in improving their teaching abilities in these two weeks is what we have studied in recent years. The article shows what we have been doing and also shows some of our opinions on this simulated teaching practice.
