摘要
21世纪是知识经济的时代,高素质的创新人才将成为经济增长的关键因素。多种形式的调查表明,传统教育体制下成长的大学生,其非智力水平低成为制约创造力发展的决定性因素。我们急需新的教育模式实施创新教育。高等教育应适当加大非智力教育力度,培养创新意识,开发潜能;坚持系统性和学生主体性原则;以优良个性培养、创新意识提高,创新思维与技能训练和自学能力的提高为主要教育内容;多种途径、多种形式地开展创新教育。高校学生专业社团就是实施创新教育的一种有效途径。
In the 21st century known as the era of knowledge, talents with great creativity will play a key role in the development of national economy. Various kinds of survey and research manifest that the poor non-intellect qualities of college students seriously impede the development of their creativity, which is a result of the conventional education system. The ultimate goal of higher education is to explore students' potentiality by increasing investigations in training of non-intellect qualities. Sub-goals include building of personalities, cultivation of creativity consciousness, training of creative thinking and skill, and enhancement of self-learning ability. Professional societies of college students are the chief measure to put innovative education into effect.
