摘要
知识经济时代 ,信息环境下的图书馆必须变革 ,其业务流程必须重组 ,其管理体制必须更新。图书馆现行基于“物质流”的机构设置没有与时俱进 ,“失衡”与“滞后”作用严重地束缚着她的进一步发展。作为文献保障体系和教科文组织的图书馆 ,应当从“信息—物质流”和系统效益着手进行业务流程重组。图书馆业务运作是其机构设置的基点 ,图书馆机构是其业务运作的保障。多元化图书馆共有的“信息—物质流”业务重组特性 。
The library in knowledge economy times and information environment must reform,the process of its business must be reorganized, and the system of its management must be renewed.Nowadays,library is restricted by the imbalance and lag of it’s organization establishing that adapts to the“material process”.Asthe document guarantees system and the education,science and culture instruction,library should set out to reorganize the process of its business by taking into account the“information-material process”and the system performance.The library business is the foundation of its organization formation,and the library organization is the guarantee of its business.We bring forward the new general mode of library organization formation that be based on the characteristic of“information-material process”in diversified library business.
