聚酰亚胺树脂是一种耐高温、高强度的工程塑料。它可用于制造金刚石砂轮 ,使砂轮的耐热性得到改善 ,从而可用于大进刀粗磨硬质合金等材料 ,且砂轮寿命高于酚醛结合剂砂轮。本文介绍了聚酰亚胺树脂及其砂轮的制作和应用。
Polyimide resin is a high strength and heat resistant engineering plastic which is applied in diamond wheel manufacturing and has improved heat resistance of the wheel which therefore can be used in rough grinding hard alloy with a life longer than that of PF(phenol-formaldehyde) resin bond wheel.The paper introduces polyimide resin and its wheel's manufacturing and application.
