本实验用放射免疫法(RIA)测定了昆明种小鼠血清中 T_4、T_3、INS 浓度,并对相邻不同日龄组均值间,同日龄公母鼠均值间,妊娠初期,妊娠未期母鼠与70日龄处女鼠均值间,断乳后10日龄母鼠组与90日龄处女鼠均值间进行了 t 检验。
