介绍了多传感器算术平均值与分批估计的数据融合方法和Fuzzy+PID复合控制在老化室温控系统中的应用,实践证明这些技术提高了温度测量的可靠性、控制精度和控制效率。
The paper introduces that the data fusion methods based on multi-sensor arithmetic average and estimate in batch and Fuzzy-PID multiplex control were applied in the temperature measurement and control system for burn-in chamber.The practice proves that the technique proves the reliability of temperature measurement,control accuracy and efficiency.
