讨论了掌握物理量的数量级、进行数量级估算的意义和方法，指出数量级的估算在解决问题能力培养中的重要作用。
The article illustrates the significance and methods of mastering order of quantity of physical quantity and estimating order of quantity, and also points out the importance of estimation of order of quantity of physical quantity in cultivating ability of solving problems.
