摘要
分析馆藏建设经费使用效率评价的困难及其负面影响,探讨馆藏建设投入与有效服务率之间的量化关系及无效投入的原因,讨论馆藏建设经费使用效率的控制,认为根据读者需求分配馆藏建设经费,统计各类文献的老化率,借鉴国外的做法是合理分配馆藏建设经费的有效途径。
According to the analyses of the difficulties in evaluating output efficiency of the investment on library holdings and its disadvantageous impacts on library management, the paper discusses the quantitative relations of the investment on library holdings, the rate of effective service and the cause of ineffective investment, and believes that rationally distributing funds among all sorts of documents is the only method of improving the output efficiency of the investment on the library holdings. Based on these discussions, the article puts forward some concrete measures on how to distribute the investment on library holdings rationally.
