摘要
介绍了巯基棉富集-大口径毛细管柱气相色谱法测定环境水中痕量烷基汞的分析方法,并与玻璃填充柱色谱分离烷基汞进行了对比。取1000ml环境水样时,本法的检出限为:甲基汞(MMC)0.5pg;乙基汞(EMC)0.7pg。
Methylmercury and ethylmercury at 0. x pg levels were preconcentrated into a sulphydryl cotton fiber adsorbent and elutes with a mixture of Imol/L hydrochloric acid and 2mol/L sodium chloride. The elute.was extracted with benzene. Analysis was performed by megabore capillary gas chromatography with electron capture detector. A comparison wasmade between results of capillary chromatography and results of packed column chromatography. The results show that capillary column analysis is superior to packed column analysis. The detection limit for methylmercury was 0. 5 pg and for ethylmercury was 0. 7 pg.
