摘要
近几年国家为规范信托行为 ,对信托业进行了全面的清理整顿工作。本文主要探讨现阶段适合我国国情的信托业发展模式 ,通过设计多样化的信托品种 ,防范风险、保障信托投资机构稳健经营。
In recent years,the government carried out an overall clean-up and rectification to the trust industry to regulate trust business.This paper mainly discusses development patterns of the trust industry that is suitable for the situation of current stage in our country,ensuring trust and investment companies to operate steadily and safely by designing various types of trust and defending against risks.
