摘要
以硫酸高铈为催化剂,通过苯乙醛和 1,2- 丙二醇反应合成了苯乙醛 1,2 -丙二醇缩醛,研究了各有关因素对产品收率的影响。实验表明,硫酸高铈是合成苯乙醛 1,2 -丙二醇缩醛的良好催化剂,在醛醇物质的量比为 1∶1.3,催化剂用量为0.2g/0.1mol苯乙醛,环己烷 10mL,反应时间 60min的条件下,苯乙醛 1,2-丙二醇缩醛的收率可达96.0%。
Phenylacetaldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal was synthesized from phenylacetaldehyde and 1,2-propanediol using cerium sulfate as catalyst. The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the best conditions were found out. The optimum conditions are: molar ratio of phenylacetaldehyde to 1,2-propanediol was 1∶1.3, the amount of catalyst was 0.2g/ 0.1mol phenylacetaldehyde, the reaction time was 60 min. Cerium sulfate was a good catalyst for synthesizing phenylacetaldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal and its yield can reach up to over 96.0%.
