摘要
1 引言压力容器接管拐角处裂纹的存在及在交变载荷工况下的疲劳扩展将导致压力容器失效的问题,已成为国内外压力容器研究领域中的一项重要课题。对这一课题进行研究所采用的试验方法大致分为两类,即真实容器接管结构的试验和非容器模拟试板的试验,后者具有简单易行、节省费用的优点。目前报导的是采用单轴向加载试板。
A new cross specimen under biaxial loading was designed for simulating the structure at a vessel-nozzle junction and studying the fatigue growth behaviour of corner crack. The computing and experimental results show that the character of the strain distribution in the specimen is same as that the vessel-nozzle junction, and that the fatigue growth behaviour of a corner crack is relative to the biaxial load ratio, the shape and dimension of the initial corner crack.
