摘要
经济发展史表明 ,打破资源禀赋的限制 ,占据世界经济分工的有利位置对一个国家的发展至关重要。占据世界经济分工的有利位置 ,不仅具有一定的必要性 ,而且也具有一定的可能性。对我国政府而言 ,在新世纪 ,应大力发展文化产业。为发展文化产业 ,政府、民众应致力于通过教育手段培养合格的人力资本。
There is evidence that to gain a benefeial position in world economy would cut down the limit of material heritage and be critical to the development of a nation. By doing that ,it may be necessary for the government to strongly develop cultural industry in new age.The paper points out that development of cultural industry can be achieved by traing qualified human resourse through education.
