以可利用氨基酸含量为基础配制蛋鸡日粮的研究 被引量:5

摘要 本文设计了两个饲养试验对以可利用氨基酸含量为基础配制蛋鸡日粮进行了研究。试验13个处理的日粮总氨基酸含量基本相同,但可利用氨基酸含量不同,其中蛋氨酸的含量分别为0.29%、0.34%和0.30%,可利用蛋氨酸含量分别为0.23%、0.31%和0.29%;含硫氨基酸含量分别为0.67%、0.65%和0.66%,可利用含硫氨基酸含量分别为0.48%、0.60%、0.59%。试验结果表明,处理1的蛋鸡生产性能显著低于处理2和处理3(P<0.01)。试验2以可利用氨基酸含量为基础配制日粮。各处理日粮有效氨基酸含量基本相同。可利用蛋氨基酸含量分别为0.28%、0.29%和0.28%,可利用含硫氨基酸含量分别为0.59%、0.62%和0.57%。试验结果表明,3个处理的饲养效果基本一致(P>0.05)。由试验1和试验2的结果可知,在进行日粮配制时考虑原料氨基酸利用率是必要的,这种考虑在某些情况下可避免因日粮可利用氨基酸供给量的不足而引起生产能性的下降。 Two experiments were conducted to study diet formulation for layers on available amino acid basis. Experiment one had three diet treatments, which contained the same total amino acids and differed in available amino acids. The met contents in the three diets were 0.29%, 0.34% and 0.30%, respectively. The available met contents were 0.23%, 0.31% and 0.29%, respectively. The met + cys contents in the three diets were 0.67%, 0.65% and 0.66%. The available met + cys contents in the three diets were 0.48%, 0.6% and 0.59%. The results indicated that the layer performances of treatment one was significantly lower than that of the other two treatments (P<0.01). The three treatment diets of experiment two were formulated based on available amino acids, which had roughly the same contents of available amino acids. The available met of the three diets were 0.28%, 0.29% and 0.28%, respectively. The available met + cys contents were 0.59%,0.62% and 0.57%,respectively. The results showed that there were no significant differences of the layer performance among the three dietary treatments. From the results of this study, it could be suggested that it was necessary to take into account the availabilities of limiting amino acids of the ingredients in feed formulation, thus avoiding the adverse effects on layer performance due to the undersupply of the limiting amino acids.
