THE EFFECT OF CONSTANT PHOTOPERIODS ON EGGLAYING PERFORMANCE IN SHAO DUCKS

摘要 6月3日孵出,饲养于自然光照条件下的106只母绍鸭随机分成两组,从20周龄开始均分成两组,组Ⅰ和组Ⅱ每天分别给予14小时和10小时的恒定光照处理。结果:组Ⅰ和组Ⅱ达10%产蛋率日龄分别为148和157天;组Ⅰ在174日龄达性成熟(50%产蛋率),而组Ⅱ在整个试验期内不能达到50%产蛋率。组Ⅰ较组Ⅱ产蛋量明显提高,前者是后者的1.92倍。两种光照均不利于获得较高的产蛋率,组Ⅰ的50%以上的产蛋率只维持3周,29周龄时的产蛋高峰为60.24%,最高日产蛋率为71.74%;组Ⅱ也于29周龄达34.03%的产蛋高峰,最高日产蛋率为40.24%。蛋重随周龄而增大,组Ⅰ平均蛋重稍大于组Ⅱ,但差异不显著。组Ⅰ蛋壳百分比大于组Ⅱ,而蛋白和蛋黄百分比无差异。蛋比重和蛋壳厚度组Ⅰ大于组Ⅱ,组Ⅰ蛋比重与蛋壳厚度间呈显著相关(P<0.05)。哈夫单位、蛋白指数和蛋黄指数不受光处理的影响。 One hundred and six Shao ducks hatched on 3rd of June were reared under gradually decreasing natural light from day-old to 19 weeks of age and randomly divided into two treatments: one received 14 hr. light (GⅠ) and the other 10 hr. light (G%) per day from 20 weeks of age. Egg production and feed intake were recorded daily, and egg qualities were examined weekly. GⅠ and GⅡreached 10Ⅱlaying rate at 148 and 157 days of age, respectively. Ducks in GI attained sexual maturation (50Ⅱlaying rate) at 174 days of age, however, ducks in GⅡcould not reach 50Ⅱlaying rate during the experimental period. Egg production of GI was 1.92 times as much as that of G%. But both of them were disadvantageous to laying performance. The 50Ⅱlaying rate was only kept three weeks for GⅠ. The peak production and highest hen-day production were 60.24Ⅱand 71.74Ⅱfor GI, and 34.03 and 40.42Ⅱfor GⅡat 29 weeks of age, respectively. Egg weight increase with weeks of age. It showed that GⅠ (58.73 gms) had a bigger average egg weight than GⅡ(58.00 gms), but the differance was not significant. The relative mass of egg hsell of GI was higher than that of G%, while the relative mass of yolk and albumen had not significant difference between the two groups. The egg specific gravity and shell thickness of GⅠ were bigger than those of G%, the correlation coefficient between specific gravity and shell thickness was positive and highly significant (P<0.01) for GⅠ, but not for G%. Haugh unit, albumen and yolk index were not influenced by light treatments. Egg shap index of GⅡwas higher as compared with GI with a significant difference at 27 weeks of age.
