摘要
目的 对比分析99Tcm-MIBI运动心肌灌注断层显像(MPI)与冠状动脉造影(CAG)在冠心病(CAD)诊断中的价值。方法 对92例临床疑诊CAD患者的MPI及CAG检查结果进行比较。结果 MPI的灵敏度分别为83.9%,特异性分别为69.1%,二者符合率为94.7%。结论 MPI能为CAD诊断提供有临床价值的信息,大部分MPI正常患者无需再行CAG检查。
Objective A comparative evaluation of 99Tcm-MIBI exercise myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI) and coronary arteriography (CAG) in diagnosis of coronary artery disease. Methods MPI and CAG were performed on 92 patients with clinical equivocal diagnosis of coronary artery disease. The results were compara-tively studied. Results The sensitivity and specificity of MPI were 83.9% and 69.1%. Both modalities matched in 78. 3% cases. Conclusion MPI offers useful information for the diagnosis of coronary artery disease. And patients with a normal MPI don't need a further coronary angiography.
