摘要
目的 分析四脑室区肿瘤的MRI特征。方法 收集经手术病理证实的四脑室区肿瘤20例,分析不同肿瘤的MRI表现。结果 肿瘤的生长方式与MRI信号不同对鉴别四脑室区肿瘤具有重要的价值。结论 MRI在四脑室区肿瘤的鉴别诊断中具有非常重要的价值。
Objective To analyse MRI manifestations of tomors in the touth ventricule. Methods 20 cases of fouth ventricules confirmed by operation and histology were reported. MR imaging features different tumors were analysed. Resuits Thetumor's origin and signs of MRI are important features in differential diagnosisof fhe fourth ventricule tumors. Conclusion MRI have a very important differential diagnosis values for the tourth ventricular tumors.
