摘要
在西南少数民族彝族聚居区,活跃着一群很特殊的人——“德古”。他们是彝族习惯法的熟知者,同时也是彝族社会的民间司法官。在从古至今的彝族乡土社会生活中,“德古”都起着十分重要的作用。
A group of very special people among the Yi People living in the areas of Minorities in the Southwest is so-called famous Degu. They are not only scholars for the Customary Laws of the Yi People, but also the civil 'judges' in society of the Yi People. Actually, they have been playing a dramatically important role in the civil society of the Yi People from the ancient time to nowadays.
