摘要
目的 :研究通窍健脑胶囊对实验性脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 :用结扎大鼠双侧颈总动脉不完全脑缺血 4 5min再灌注 90min模型 ,观察通窍健脑胶囊对脑组织ATP酶活性的影响。结果 :通窍健脑胶囊可明显升高各ATP酶的活性。结论 :通窍健脑胶囊对脑缺血再灌注有显著的保护作用 ,其机制与防止脑内多种ATP酶活性降低有关。
Objective:To study the protection of tongqiaojiannao capsules on experimental cerebral ischemia/reperfusion damages.Methords:Observing the influence of tongpiaojiannao capsules on the activities of ATPase in brain tissue on the acute experimental imcomplete cerebral ischemia model induced by ligating bilateral common carotid arteries for 45 minutes,and then reperfusion 90 minutes.Results:Tongpiaojiannao capsules can obviously increase the activities of ATPase.Conclusion:Tongpiaojiannao capsules possesses stronger protection,which has relation to stabilize the activities of ATPase.
