摘要 通过分析1例预激综合征旁道传导发生的裂隙现象,探讨了旁道裂隙现象可能的发生机理,并就其诊断及临床意义等问题进行了讨论。就作者所知,在国内外文献中,本文首次证实旁道也可发生裂隙现象。 One case of gap phenomenon during accessory pathways(AP)conduction with pre-excita- tion syndrome was reported in this paper.The effective refractory period(ERP)was 320ms,longer than that of the atrial in this case.During atrial premature stimulation,A_2initially blocked up in the course of AP′conduction at an A_2 coupling interval of 320ms.At shorter coupling intervals(≤240ms),AP conduc- tion resumed,because S_2 encountered sufficient intra-atrial conduction delay.To our knowledge,no previ- ous report on such a type of gap occurring during AP conduction has been available.
