摘要
高职院校既有着普通高校的共性,同时又具有它的特殊性。做好高职院校教师的档案工作应根据高职院校的特点,针对教师档案的收集、归档范围,从教师本人的生平、教学实践、科研、进修、工作评价及兼职教师的档案管理等方面做好工作,同时在教师档案工作中应注意解决好四个方面的问题。
Vocational colleges not only have the general characteristics of ordinary colleges, but also have their special characteristics. We should collect the teacher's file according to the characteristics of vocational colleges and the scope of files. We should manage the files of the fulltime teachers and parttime teachers according to their life experiences, teaching experiences, scientific research, further study and work assessment. The essay mentions the four problems we should solve in the work.
