摘要
万州区工业经济发展形势严峻，工矿企业搬迁效益不高，有多方面的社会、经济原因。调整工矿企业搬迁思路、重组万州工业体系，是万州工业经济发展与增强企业搬迁效益的客观要求。在新的调整与重组中，至少存在6大难点，提出对策时，既要注意吸收其他地区工业改革发展的一般经验，更要因地制宜，找到解决特殊问题的特殊办法。
There are many social and economic reasons for why industrial economic development conditions of wanzhou district is serious , transfer-efficiency of industrial and mineral factories isn't high .It's the objective demand to develop wanzhou economy and increase corporations' transfer efficiency that altering the transfer trails of industrial and mineral factories and reforming wanzhou industry systems . During the course of new altering and reform ,at least there exists six serious difficulties .When working out counter-strategies, not only should we pay attention to absorb general practices of industrial reform and development , but also we should work out suitable solutions according to their practical conditions , explore special solutions to solve special zone and special problems .
