摘要
任何一个国家法治大厦的出现,都只能构建于现实社会,它必须有一定的客观基础。在我国,实现法治化,也应有其客观基础,实行市场经济是法治的经济基础;发展民主政治是法治的政治基础;注重道德的辅佐力量,德法并治是法治的道德基础;现行的法律应该是符合多数人利益、体现社会公正的“善法”是法治的法律基础;实现人治观向法治观的转变是法治的观念基础。
The appearance of the mansion of rul ing b y law of any country，can only be c onstructed in real societ，it must have certai n objective base．In our count ry，realizing ruling by law，should h ave its obj ective base too：carrying out market economy is economic base of ruling by law； developing democratic politic s is its political base；laying stress on assistan t force of morals，ruling by morals and law is its moral base；the law in effect shou ld be“good law”according with the interests of majority of people and e mbodying social fair，is its legal base；realizin g the change in ruling by man to ruling by law is its' concept base．
