摘要
实施开发战略将为西部地区带来巨大的经济活力和发展动力，但在西部少数民族文化中，有许多传统与现行市场经济的基本规律相悖，阻碍着西部的发展。
The implematation of the development strategy will bring tremendous vigour of the economy and motive force of the development to west area ,but in the culture of west minority nationality,many traditions are contracry to the basic law of the market economy,to hinder the development of western.This article analyses the present situation of west culture and the cause forming“ the Bottle Neck” of culture,and proposes that must strengthen the culture reform to western from four aspects.
