摘要
礼法思想是贾谊社会政治学说的重要内容。为建立一个和谐、稳定的社会秩序 ,贾谊对礼法问题进行了广泛而深入的探讨。礼治思想在其礼法观中占有主导地位 ,但他并未因此而废法治。以礼为主。
The thought of proprieties and law is a main part of Jia Yi's social politics In order to establish a harmonious,stable social order,Jia Yi made an extensive and a deep study of proprieties and law. To rule by propieties occupied a dominant place in his views on proprieties and law,but he did not abolish the policy to rule by law. To combine the policy to rule by proprieties with the policy to rule by law,to rule by proprieties occupying a domiant place,is the basic characteristics of Jia Yi's views on proprieties and law.
