摘要
文章探讨邮电高等教育经费筹措的几种渠道 :国家投资、学生缴纳学费、校办产业、校企合作、院校教育基金会 ,并提出在经费筹措的基础下还要提高投资效益 ,以期对各邮电院校在经费筹措渠道的选择上有所参考。
This paper analyses a number of Hunding channels for higher education of posts and telecom..Various funding mechanisms are discussed,including direct government investment,student tuition,school run businesses,cooperation with other industrial partners,and university funds and investment.Suggestions for effciently collecting and managing various university funds are proposed in the paper.
