红松木材结构缺陷对应力波传播参数的影响 被引量:16

Impacts of Structure Defaults on Propagation Parameters of Stress Wave in Wood of Korean Pine

摘要 通过应力波测试仪对红松木材试件进行的检测试验,研究了木材轴向孔洞的分布、数量和端部孔洞的分布对应力波传播时间、传播速度的影响,并对孔径大小与应力波传播参数之间关系进行回归分析。试验结果表明,应力波传播时间与孔径大小、数量呈正相关,而应力波传播速度与孔径大小、数量呈负相关。端部孔洞对应力波传播参数没有显著影响。 The testing experiments to Korean pine wood samplings were conducted by using stress wave testing instrument. The impacts of the sizes and quantities of holes in axial and the distribution of holes in the end zone on propagation time and velocity of stress wave were studied, and the regressive analysis of the relationships between the sizes of hole diameter, hole quantities and stress wave propagation parameters was made. The results indicated that the propagation time of stress wave had positive correlation with hole diameter and hole quantities,and that the propagation velocity of stress wave had negative correlation with hole diameter and hole quantities. In addition, the sizes of hole in the end zone of wood had no significant impacts on stress wave propagation parameters.
