摘要
为揭示世界优秀女子400米跑运动员速度分配的特征,为提高我国女子400米跑运动成绩和改进训练方法提供科学依据,采用动态分析法、数据统计法、因素分析法对参加第6,7届世界田径锦标赛女子400米决赛运动员的50米分段时间、平均速度进行分析统计。结果表明:应延长400米跑的加速时间;8个50米分段的标准差越小匀速跑的能力越强;最快和最慢50米分段的时间差与运动成绩显著相关(P<0.05)。通过分析第1名的分段时间与2~8名的分段平均时间发现,第1名运动员启动速度较快,第2分段控制速度,第5,6分段速度优势明显。
In order to reveal the characteristics of speed assignment for the world elite women 400m runners and to offer a scientific basis for the improvement of 400m performance and training methods of China,an analysis and statistics have been made for the 50m segment time and average speed of 400m women finals at 6th and 7th World Track and Field Championship with the dynamic analytic approach,data statistics and factor analytic approach.It has been concluded that the accelerating time of 400m running should be prolonged;the less standard deviation of eight 50m segments,the better ability of even running;the time difference between the max and the min.50m segments has a close correlation withpWTBZ]<0.05).By analyzing the even segment time of No.1 and No.2-8 runners,it has been found that the start-up speed of No.1 runner is faster,the controlled speed is in the second segment and the acceleration is in the 5 to 6 segments.
