摘要
用5%骆驼蓬籽提取液和甲苯咪唑1g/kg饲料(相当50mg/kgbw/d)药食单独和联合用药,口服90d。显示骆驼蓬籽提取液对小鼠腹腔棘球蚴生长有抑制作用,并对角质层、生发层组织产生不同程度的损伤,囊重减轻率为67.8%。骆驼蓬籽提取液与甲苯咪唑联合用药对小鼠棘球蚴有明显的协同致死作用,与甲苯咪唑组相比有明显差异(P<0.01)。
5% Peganum harmala seed solution was administrated orally and mebendazole 1g/kg cake was fed to mice (approx, 50mg/kg bw/d) for 90 days to treat hydatid cyst. The result showed that the growth of hydatid cysts was suppressed and laminated layer and germinal layer were damaged in different degrees with 5% Peganum harmala seed extract. The weight of cyst was reduced to 67.8% however, with the Peganum harmala seed solution and mebendazole taken together, obvious lethal effects was obtained. All hydatid cysts appeared to serious degeneration and necrosis. Compared with the group of mebendazole, the differences were apparent. P<O.01.
