摘要
提出采用Wigner-Ville分布(WVD)和Hilbert变换相结合的办法。首先指出调制信 号WVD中零频处的交叉项包含有原信号的所有调制信息;然后,从理论上分析了它抵消平稳随机 过程中与信号不相关的加性随机噪声的机理;最后对其进行Hilbert变换,求得解调结果。仿真和 实验数据分析证明,该方法与直接解调法相比,噪声影响大幅减小,故障信息得以凸现。
In order to reveal the defect signature of rolling bearings or gearboxes, the vibration signals are usually demodulated by the envelope analysis, or say, Hilbert transform. However, the defect signature is often interfered by noise. In this paper, the method of combining Wigner-Ville distribution (WVD) and Hilbert transform is present to solve the signal demodulation problem with noise interference. First, it is pointed out that the original signal's modulation information is included in the intercross item where the frequency is zero in the original modulated signal's WVD. Then, The WVD function's mechanism of suppressing additive random noise in stationary random process is analyzed theoretically. The demodulation result, which computed by Hilbert transform, can stand out the defect signature and suppress the noise effectively. The effectiveness of this method is confirmed by both simulation and experiment.
