摘要
技术的发展是人类社会可持续发展的必要条件之一。然而,技术的发展并不必然意味着社会的可持续发展。技术要有利于社会的可持续发展必须同时兼顾对自然环境和社会内部经济、政治、文化的影响。技术对可持续发展的价值贡献最终体现在技术在环境、经济、政治和文化等方面的价值的整合效应。
The development of technique is one of necessary condition of sustainable development in human society; however, the development of technique does not mean certainly the sustainable development of society. The technique should be beneficial the sustainable development of society and must give consideration to both effect of natural environment and economy, politics and the culture of social interior. The contribution value of the technique to sustainable development finally embodies the conformity effect of the value in environment, economy, politics and culture,etc.
