摘要
中国加入WTO后的5年过渡期很快就要步入尾声,再过2年,中国就要向外资银行开放人民币业务,我国国有商业银行股份制改造提上了日程。就国有商业银行的股权结构及国有银行产权制度创新亟待解决的问题进行论述。
The five year transition period after WTO entry of China is to drawing to the end very soon, China will open its RMB business for the foreign-owned banks in two years, and the joint-stock system reform of state-owned commercial banks has been put into agenda. This paper discusses on the problems of the percentage of shares and the property system innovation of state-owned banks that are to be solved urgently.
