终身学习是当今社会发展的必然趋势,建立终身学习的理念和机制是一个组织和个人生存和发展的重要保证。介绍了终身学习的概念,阐述了图书馆员终身学习的必要性,提出了图书馆馆员终身学习的对策。
The lifelong learning is the inevitable tendency of society development today, setting up the idea and mechanism of the lifelong learning is the important guarantee of the existence and development for an organization and individual. This paper introduces the concept of the lifelong learning, expound the necessity of librarians' lifelong learning, puts forward the some countermeasures for librarians' lifelong learning.
