摘要
针对大体积混凝土的特性,结合泵送和防水混凝土的需要,从原材料的选择入手,采用粉煤灰与UEA膨胀剂内掺,外掺缓凝减水剂,用正交设计试验方法进行配合比的设计;并在天津港南疆煤码头翻车机房中的应用中取得了良好的效果。
In view of the features of mass concrete and the requirements of watertight concrete for pumping, the mix designs were made with the orthogonal design and testing methods beginning with the selection of raw ingredients and using the fly ash and UEA expansion agent as the admixture added with water-reducing retarder. The method was used on the concrete works for the car dumper house in Nanjiang Coal Terminal in Tianjin Port with satisfactory results.
